Rhonda Shear, the visionary behind Shear Media Studios, moved to Los Angeles in 1979 and spent the 1980s guest-starring on shows like Dallas, Full House, Cheers, and Three's Company, as well as in the film Spaceballs. She landed her big break on USA Up All Night in 1991, which continues to have a massive following decades later.

Now residing in the Tampa Bay area for over two decades, Rhonda is best known for creating the "Ahh Bra," which has sold over 35 million units worldwide through Shear Enterprises LLC, recognized for its award-winning products. With extensive broadcast industry knowledge and contacts around the globe, Rhonda is well-equipped to help creatives share their stories. Her entrepreneurial experience in intimate apparel also provides valuable connections for influencers and podcasters looking to sell products.

Thomas Fagan is the Vice President of Operations at Shear Enterprises, having grown up alongside the business. A talented photographer and craftsman, he excels in creating sets and managing projects while maintaining a focus on financial objectives, even on a large scale. Currently, Thomas oversees both financial and studio operations for Shear Media Studios, enhancing the studio's services and assets for clients and partners.

His emphasis on elevating operations and improving supply chain efficiency leverages years of dedicated service in this dynamic environment. Under his leadership, the team has developed marketing strategies that have significantly bolstered the company's market presence. Committed to continuous improvement and innovation, Thomas ensures that projects run smoothly and that the company consistently exceeds industry standards.

Pete Guzzo leads the development and management at Shear Studios, a facility tailored for production houses, content creators, ad agencies, influencers, and corporations aiming to enhance their content departments. With a diverse career as an Executive Producer, Integrated Content Producer, and Production Manager, Pete is dedicated to elevating the production landscape and supporting the growth of Tampa Bay’s entertainment industry.

His strategic vision and collaborative approach ensure that innovative content thrives, driving business success and strengthening brand presence.

At Shear Studios, Gene May oversees day-to-day activities with clients in both Studio A and G, assisting with Influencer and Curated Content sets related to lighting and camera needs, and serving as a technician in the control room.

With a lengthy career in television, film, and live entertainment, Gene is a seasoned producer, director, writer, and editor. A graduate of Loyola University New Orleans in TV and Film Production, he has mastered directing, cinematography, and live streaming. His experience ranges from operating lights and pyrotechnics in theme parks to collaborating with music legends like Garth Brooks and The Bee Gees. Gene has also co-created productions for the NFL’s Buccaneers and produced XFC MMA international live arena fights.

As a mentor in video production and a key figure in Tampa’s film community, Gene supported the launch of the Gasparilla Film Festival. Whether leading major productions or indie projects, he consistently brings vision and creative excellence to every endeavor.
